Blended and Blessed… could not describe Sharon, Jack and ‘the boys’ better.  We are a New Hampshire family with a passion for the ocean.  Our family includes 3 sons as well as our baby (the dog). 

After tying the knot at the beach, we decided to relocate to Hampton, a dream we shared.  Although we would love to say we have done this for the past 20 years, the truth is, this is all new to us.  What we do know is that we love the sunrise, the ocean, the beach, and the salty breeze.  Starting Sweetheart properties is a new venture for us, we wanted to extend all the things we love to others.  Once you get to know us, you quickly see we truly treat everyone like family  – we want our place to feel like yours.  

Many ask, how did you come up with the name?  This was an easy one for us, we get picked on for using this phrase ‘Sweet (slight pause) heart’ when we want something.  Our goal is for you to capture this phrase.  We will prove to you after a stay with us you will want to come back and enjoy all the great things Hampton has to offer!!!

I have been in the tech industry for over 20 years working very closely with customers and always strive to make people happy…. in or out of work.  Jack runs a very successful company which has been in his family for over 100 years, he has the most positive outlook on life.  We wanted a new journey ‘together’ and looking forward to having you be part of it.
