Summer Season Rates
These rates will typically run from Mid-May to beginning of October. There is a minimum of a week stay which runs from Saturday to Saturday. However, at times we can accommodate special requests if available please call, we will always do our best to accommodate.

Two bedrooms have a full-size bed and one bedroom has 2 twins. There is also a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Rates will vary based on availability and dates. Sweetheart properties offers longer term monthly rentals off season. Please call for special pricing discounts.

Important Information
A non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. All reservations are subject to the New Hampshire 8.5% meals & rooms tax not included in the rates above. Please bring your own bed linens, pillows and towels as these are not included in your rental. All units are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Check-in time is 2:00pm and Check-out time is 10:00am. We offer parking for 1 car per unit. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card.
